Returns policy

You have the right to cancel your speciality coffee order for acquisition of any item in our website within fourteen days of delivery of your coffee. You will be responsible for paying for the return of any specialty coffee item to Seven Seas Coffee.

The specialty coffee returned must be in the same condition as it was when delivered to you, together with proof of purchase, and sent by post or courier to the following address:

We will issue the refund of your order price within one business day of receiving the returned coffee item and the respective proof of purchase.
